We manufacture a range of cutting tools and punch assemblies from paper and board cutters for packaging and printing applications to punches for critically accurate gaskets for medical products.
Plain punches and dies
These types of punches are usually used to simply cut a product blank from various materials. Usually supplied hardened and ground with a straight internal face producing an accurate representation of the required profile and a cutting draft angle on the outside to ensure a strong cutting edge. These are usually used in stationary industry applications.

Specialist punches
PDQ Precision produce a punch assembly incorporating a precision outer with a concentric ground inner and a spring-loaded ejector. These punches have various applications with the main one being for the medical industry. These require an extremely high quality of cut as the punches are designed to produce millions of products with no residual cut burrs.
Other applications for our highly specialised punches include critical parts for the aerosol and fire extinguisher industries.
